Myself, Parvatiben Nalvaya, 70 yrs old rural tribal female Limdabra village, twenty km away from dahod, I have four sons. After monsoon my sons migrates to Gujarat for getting work. I had lost vision in both eyes from last three month with pain and watering from both eyes. I was facing many difficulties. I was unable to walk without support of any one. I was worried but I was unable to spend money after treatment due to my poor economic condition. I came to know about DN camp through newspaper. I get my eyes examined at camp from where I was reffered to base hospital for surgical treatment, I have been treated here for cataract for both eyes. I am able to see. Before surgery, one person was required to look after me but now I am able to do my work by myself. Now I am not dependent on others for my routine activities. DN has transformed my life.
