Contact Lens is a small plastic lens which is placed in contact with the eye, specifically the cornea (the black part of the eye). Contact lenses aren’t just useful as a cosmetic aid. They can be used for medical reasons like abnormally shaped corneas, large differences in power between the two eyes (which may result in double vision if glasses are worn), or very high refractive errors.
